Because it's a website you do need internet access to use the app. However, if you need to sign in to a site and you know there won't be service there, you can do this before you leave good service.

Zero Harm on devices

Zero Harm is a webapp. This means it's accessed through a web browser page, but acts like a phone app. You can even add a link from your phone screen straight to Zero Harm.
So any device that can browse the internet can be used.

Just bear in mind that some browsers work better with Zero Harm than others. We recommend you use Chrome if you regularly use the hazard map feature.
